Vikas is a co-founder of Broadening Horizons and is the Head of Services of the company. He has over 19 years of work experience in the field of Global Mobility and corporate tax with over 13 years of experience with the Big 4 consulting firms.
Vikas has extensive proficiency in advising clients on aspects relating to inbound and outbound cross-border movement of employees from an income-tax (both corporate as well as expatriate), social security, exchange control and immigration perspective. He also has broad leadership as well as Learning & Development experience and enjoys speaking at public and training events.
Outside of work, Vikas likes to spend time with his family, cook as well as play interactive sports.
Neha is the other co-founder of Broadening Horizons and is a Director of the company. She has over 8 years of work experience in the field of Global Mobility and tax including specialised global mobility and corporate tax experience with the Big 4 consulting firms.
Neha has experience in providing advisory and compliance expatriate tax services to clients, specialising in inbound cross-border movements. Her corporate tax experience helps her in providing inbound assignees corporate structuring and Permanent Establishment advisory solutions to clients.
Neha is a young mother and, to balance her motherhood and work needs, has reduced her operational role within company. She now concentrates more on the HR, critical decision-making and training aspects of the company. Outside of work, Neha likes to pursue her passion of baking.
Jignesh is an operations manager with Broadening Horizons. He has over 9 years of work experience in the field of Global Mobility with key experience in the Big 4 consulting firms as well as industry.
Jignesh has expertise in providing advisory and compliance Global Mobility services to clients in the areas of expatriate tax, immigration and social security. His industry experience helps him consider both the technical as well as practical aspects of Global Mobility and provide a balanced solution to clients.
Outside of work, Jignesh likes to play tennis, travel and listen to music.
